Yes you can! Please click the "Book Now Button to be directed to the online booking system where you can book your assessment. Please book approximately 1 week ahead of your assessment to allow time to complete your questionnaires and gather any relevent documents. Intake documents need to be completed 48 hours prior to your assessment. 

Step 1: Complete Your Online Intake

Before your appointment, you will complete secure online intake forms about your medical and mental-health history, ADHD symptoms, and daily functioning.

This information helps the Nurse Practitioner prepare for your assessment and identify areas that may require further discussion.

Step 2: Attend Your Virtual ADHD Assessment

You will meet virtually with a qualified Nurse Practitioner for a comprehensive ADHD assessment. Your symptoms, childhood history, medical and mental-health history, and functional impairment will be reviewed to determine whether you meet DSM-5 diagnostic criteria for ADHD and whether other conditions or factors should be considered.

In some cases, additional information or testing may be recommended, such as a blood-pressure reading, ECG tracing, or further medical information.

Within approximately 1–2 weeks, you will receive a written diagnostic report summarizing your assessment findings, diagnosis when applicable, and treatment recommendations. The report is yours to keep and may also be shared with your family physician or Nurse Practitioner.

Step 3: Treatment & Medication Follow-Up — $79

If you are diagnosed with ADHD and would like to discuss medication treatment, you may book a 15-minute follow-up appointment with the Nurse Practitioner.

During this visit, treatment options will be reviewed and, when clinically appropriate, a prescription may be provided. Your treatment plan may also include ADHD education, lifestyle and behavioural strategies, counselling, ADHD coaching, or other supports.

You may choose to have your family physician or Nurse Practitioner provide ongoing ADHD care, or continue medication management with Pacific Adult ADHD Clinic.

Ongoing follow-up appointments are $79 per 15-minute visit.
